I am excited to announce that as of April 1st, 2012 Matthew Smith is taking over as lead inspector and new owner. Matt has an extensive background in construction (for example he's built his last two homes himself from scratch) and is very personable. I've been training him for months and he's gone through the same certification process with InterNACHI that I went through. I'm taking advantage of a tremendous opportunity to teach in Central Asia and hopefully do some business development there in a struggling region. Under Matt I'm sure that Veritas Home will continue to provide excellent service, in fact I think it'll get even better. Veritas Home will continue to specialize in thorough home inspections with useful electronic reports. Veritas Home was formed in 2009 when I decided to combine my construction experience with my property preservation HUD experience along with a healthy dose of technology to attempt to give the best home inspections in the industry. As a single inspector firm you will get a level of personalized service and attention to detail that larger companies can't match. In addition I use some of the most advanced home inspection software in the industry, the Horizon Reporting System. The day after I walk through the property with you and inspect it you will receive a pdf with pictures and notes from the inspection.

Flexible Payment Options
In an effort to provide the best service to you, the client, Veritas Home accepts Cash, Check, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and Paypal. Your price is the same regardless of the payment type that you choose. Paypal is excellent for investors who cannot be present for the inspection and it allows professional invoices to be used. A new technology that we have just adopted is Square. Square allows credit card processing to be done securely, on-sight using my Android Smartphone. After you sign you can choose to receive an instant receipt by either text or email.
